Alexander Nussbaum

AN_Oct_2013Dr. Alexander Nussbaum holds a PhD in experimental psychology from City University of New York. His dissertation topic concerned a social cognitive perspective on evolutionary mating theory. He is currently adjunct full professor in the psychology department at St Johns University. He has been teaching on the college level since 1987 and has taught statistics, both on the undergraduate and graduate level since then.

Dr. Nussbaum has published articles in magazines and journals on diverse topics including the teaching of statistics, the history of statistics, probability, critical thought, the rejection of science, evolution and evolutionary psychology. He is a contributing author of a personality text book. He has also consulted on statistics both for business and academic research.
